What kind of evidence do I give for returns?

Can I ask for customised products?

Only beauty products can be customised, purchased and received within 7days.

 

How many days would it take to receive my order?

5-7 business days after online order. Please be aware of delays beyond our control such as weather, challenges affecting delivery agencies, lockdown, transportation and logistic issues. Apart from this, all stocked products should be received within 5-7 business days.

Return Policy

Full refunds are made available for products that are damaged on delivery. Based on the following conditions:
1. Customers send a picture of damaged products within 24 hrs of delivery.
2. We send an address for returns and receive the products within 7days  of being notified. Please note, customers bear the brunt of postage.

Note: Customers can keep the product and receive a 40% of the cost price back.
