We produce quality products and would verify with you before posting. Our refund policy is considerate of others. We are happy to refund if you change your mind within 24 hours and before the product is posted.

Once the product is posted as long as you return the product in the state it was posted, we would refund you back 100%. 48 hours after the product has been received we would be unable to refund you 100%.

For clothing products we would not be able to accept returns due to the COVID–19. However, if for any reason the products are damaged on receipt we would return 50% of the cost of the purchase. However evidence should be submitted within 24hours of receipt.

All beauty products are not returnable and no refunds but 20% discount can be given on next purchase if customers are unsatisfied.

Only beauty products can be customised, purchased and received within 7days.

How many days would it take to receive purchased products?

48 hours after online order. Please be aware of delays beyond our control such as weather, challenges affecting delivery agencies, lockdown, transportation and logistic issues. Apart from this, all stocked product should be received within 48hours.
